An x-ray is an important diagnostic tool, allowing our doctors to get a picture of a body part in order to diagnose the cause of pain, to see fractures or breaks in bones, to see any fluid build-up, or even to check for an injury or damage from conditions such as an infection, arthritis, and bone growths (tumors). All x-rays at PCAA are read by a licensed Radiologist on-site.
