Our New Location

Primary Care Associates is proud to introduce our new clinic.  We have opened a new clinic to better serve our patients.  The clinic opened on July 9, 2007

The clinic is located at 3916 N. Intertech Court, in  Appleton.

The offices are located north of Highway 41 and east of Ballard Road.  It is in the new "City of Appleton" business park just south of Evergreen Drive. 

With our new clinic, we are excited to be able to better serve our patients.  Patients will now have access to all our services and providers in one building, including our new in-house CAT scan and Ultrasound.
