We’re excited to welcome Dr. Eric Rojo to the Primary Care Associates of Appleton team! As a Family Medicine physician, Dr. Rojo brings a refreshing mix of medical expertise, clear communication, and authentic compassion to every patient interaction.

A Thoughtful Approach to Care

Dr. Rojo’s care philosophy is rooted in listening, collaboration, and education. He believes every patient deserves to feel heard and understood—and that great care begins with great communication. “The best treatment plan starts with a conversation,” he says. “I want my patients to not only understand what we’re doing, but also why.”

He’s known for being approachable, down-to-earth, and even a little funny when the moment is right. “Healthcare doesn’t have to be intimidating,” he adds. “I try to keep things light when appropriate, while being direct and clear about what needs to be addressed.”

Why Family Medicine?

Dr. Rojo was drawn to medicine by his love of learning and fascination with the complexity of life. Family Medicine stood out because it allows him to care for everyone—regardless of age, gender, or condition. “My goal has always been to create a space where any patient can feel confident they are in the right place, receiving the care they need.”

He provides full-spectrum primary care, with interests that include preventive health, chronic disease management, pediatric and newborn care, women’s health, and more.

Outside of work, Dr. Rojo enjoys hiking, cooking, fishing, watching movies, brewing beer, and spending time with his wife and kids. A perfect evening for him includes pizza and a movie night with the family.

Fun fact: He speaks Spanish fluently and can communicate in Russian as well.
